We offer each of our customers the opportunity of visiting Florida on one of our individually customized inspection visits, which are tailored to suit personal requirements. Typical visits are four days in duration and are at a pretty relaxed pace. You will see all the communities of interest, and receive complete and thorough answers to your questions on finance, management & lettings.

Inspection trips originating within the USA and Canada range from 2-days to 4-days and are extremely flexible on departure times. Inspection trips originating in the UK and Ireland are normally 4-days in duration, usually departing each Thursday morning, and arriving back early the following Monday morning. However, this can be custom tailored to fit with your personal schedule.

Scheduled & charter flights can be arranged by our US partners, Classic Realty, after booking date confirmation. Departures are available from most domestic & international airports, most of which fly non-stop to Florida. On your arrival at the airport you will be met by a representative of Classic Realty who will assist with getting you to your accommodation.

During your visit our aim is to provide you with as much detailed information as possible while you are in Florida. A typical itinerary includes -

Viewing of all the leading communities and show homes, which offer the best value and provide the highest rental income and capital appreciation.
Discussion on the range of rental programs available through Classic Realty to help you maximise on rental income should you require to do so.
Information provided on the property maintenance & management programs Classic Realty offer during the times that you are not residing in your Florida home.
Meeting with our mortgage company to discuss financing of your purchase
Meeting with the interior designers to discuss furnishings & finishes
Arranging the opening of a Florida bank account

A typical visit will include scheduled flights and 3 nights accommodation. All that we ask is that you cover the low cost of your flights, which we can provide for you at greatly reduced rates, well below what tour operators and airlines can offer at retail value. If you decide to purchase a home whilst over on your visit then Classic Realty will of course reimburse the costs of your flight.

Should you wish to arrange flights independently then you are free to do so, but Classic Realty would be unable to offer you the free accommodation. However, Classic Realty can still arrange accommodation for you at heavily discounted rates in this instance.

Please note free accommodation is only available when you book a 2, 3 or 4-day inspection visit. Our inspection visits are intended to provide all those interested in the possibility of purchasing property in Florida a clear and complete understanding of all matters relating to home ownership in the State. There is no obligation to purchase during your visit, but we would emphasise that these trips are specifically designed for people who are of serious intent, and are therefore in a position to purchase, should they find a suitable property which meets their requirements.
